Alex Charlton, candidate for State Representative in the 165th District, announced today that he has knocked on 10,000 doors across the district 10 weeks before Election Day.
“As we approach Labor Day, our campaign for State Representative is already in full swing. It has been a tremendous privilege to meet voters, be invited into their homes and hear directly from them on the issues about which they care most. Jobs and the economy, improving our schools, lowering taxes and keeping our communities safe have dominated our discussions,” said Alex Charlton.
“There is no substitution for traditional grassroots campaigning, and I look forward to meeting even more voters between now and Election Day,” Charlton continued.
Alex Charlton will kick off a series of events after Labor Day where he will lay out his priorities once he gets to Harrisburg, including what legislation he will focus on first.
Charlton, a former President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, currently serves as Chief of Staff to Sen. Tom McGarrigle. He brings to Harrisburg a long career of experience working closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
