Alex Charlton Earns Support of Local Law Enforcement Across Delaware County

Springfield, Pa. – Alex Charlton, candidate for State Representative in the 165th District, announced today that he has received the endorsement of the Fraternal Order of Police, Delaware County Lodge #27; Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan and Delaware County Sheriff Mary McFall Hopper.

“I am deeply gratified to receive these important endorsements.  One of my key priorities as a State Representative will be to keep our communities safe and secure for our kids and our residents.  I am committed to going to Harrisburg and working with local law enforcement to ensure they have the tools and resources to do just that,” said Alex Charlton.

“To do my job as District Attorney, I need an ally in the State House who is smart, well-qualified, experienced and shares my commitment to finding solutions to the complex issues facing our communities.  I believe Alex Charlton is the right person at the right time for this important position, and I encourage residents of the 165th to support Alex on Election Day,” said Jack Whelan, Delaware County District Attorney.

Charlton, a former President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, currently serves as Chief of Staff to Sen. Tom McGarrigle.  He brings to Harrisburg a long career of experience working closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
